Barbados is a relatively flat eastern Caribbean island with highlands in the interior. The islands boasts natural assets such as its limestone caverns, coral reefs, beautiful beaches and warm climate along with trade winds.

Barbados is one of the more prosperous Caribbean islands and its economic social and political stability have given it one of the highest standard of living in the developing world. The economy has however had its fair share of ups and downs over the years.
